Irina Kuenzel – Senior Executive | Investment Migration

Irina is a dedicated Senior Executive at Endevio, where she has been a valuable part of the Migration department since 2020. With a master’s degree in Organizational Management from the prestigious Moscow State University (2006), Irina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Her passion for languages, travel, and diverse cultures brought her to Malta, where she launched her career in the film industry. This fast-paced, multicultural environment helped her grow both personally and professionally, connecting with individuals from around the world.

Following this, Irina amplified her skills in client services, working for one of the world’s leading private aviation groups. In this role, she demonstrated her core values — being a team player, paying meticulous attention to detail, and delivering client-oriented service. Her commitment to excellence ensured that every aspect was handled with precision, providing clients with a seamless and personalized experience.

Her experience in the private business aviation sector allowed her to work closely with High-Net-Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals all around the world. This expertise naturally led to her joining Endevio's Investment Migration department in 2020 and working with Malta Citizenship and Residency programs.

Outside of her professional life, Irina is passionate about environmental causes and supports Nature Trust – FEE (Malta). She also enjoys rock climbing and is fluent in both Russian and English, currently learning German.
