Dr. Cheryl Grech – Executive Director and Head of Legal, Endevio Group

Dr. Cheryl Grech serves as one of the Executive Directors at Endevio Group, where she plays a pivotal role on the board of three entities within the Group, also acting as Company Secretary.

Cheryl is the accredited agent for Agenzija Endevio Ltd, responsible thus for signing all applications submitted to the authorities, relating to investment migration services offered to the clients.

In addition to her directorial duties, Cheryl leads the legal department at Endevio, providing comprehensive legal support across all facets of the Group's operations. Her expertise ensures that Endevio consistently navigates the complex legal landscape with precision and integrity.

Cheryl joined Endevio in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience and legal acumen. She earned her Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta in 2010 and was subsequently awarded her warrant to practice law in the Courts of Malta in 2011. Cheryl began her legal career with a traineeship in 2009, focusing on civil law and litigation before transitioning into the corporate sector. Her diverse experience spans industries such as iGaming, marine, and aviation, where she has honed her skills in corporate law.

Furthering her professional development, Cheryl completed the Professional Award in Taxation course between 2017 and 2018 and was awarded the Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management in 2020.

Cheryl is fluent in English, Maltese, and Italian, and has a working knowledge of French. She is an active member of the Chamber of Advocates Malta and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners Malta.
